Spothero is a web service, website and app that allows the user to pre-purchase parking at greatly discounted rates. Typical Rates for parking within one mile of our office are $8 to $30 for all day parking. Usually included on this service is the convenient Garage located at 318 South Federal Street which is next to the Monadnock Building. If you want inside parking that is heated try 75 West Harrison Street. This is great in the winter when you want to melt snow and ice off of your car.
Local Garages
The most convenient parking and garage is at 318 South Federal Street which is located next to the Monadnock Building. Posted rates are between $7 and $50 for the day at this garage.
On Street Parking
On Street Parking is available on the East Side of the Monadnock Building on Dearborn Avenue. Parking in this location is general available and turns over every 15 minutes. If you do not mind checking on this parking a few times, this is exceptionally inexpensive and convenient.
